Savage Pre-Fit carbon fiber barrels are available in select calibers, lengths, twist rates and come in a standard straight taper contour.
Your barrel will arrive threaded and chambered for an easy install — just spin them on, set the headspace with gauges, and tension the barrel nut.
NOTE: All PROOF Research Savage Pre-Fits are designed for the small shank barrel nut. These barrels fit the Pristine custom bolt action receivers.
To determine which action you have, measure the length of the factory barrel nut. The factory "small shank" barrel nuts are 7/8" long. Barrel nuts measuring 5/8" long are a "large shank" and will not be compatible.
