This rail mount fits Winchester 94 AE models with a rear sight dovetail 4" from the receiver. This rail can also fit on Win 94 Top Eject IF both of the following are met:

1. The rear sight dovetail must be 3.8"-4" from the barrel/receiver junction line.
2. Precise adjustment screws (mounting screws) must be drilled in the rear of the rifle. [You must set screw holes in the manner the AE models are drilled.]
